What is CrossFit? The formal definition of CrossFit is “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity”. This means we run, jump, skip, lift weights, climb ropes, flip tires, do gymnastics, and use all the things that were fun as a kid to whip us in to shape.
Why does it work? Because CrossFit specializes in not specializing. Each day brings a workout different from the last called the “workout of the day” (WOD). Keeping it varied fits the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. The best part is that every workout is scalable to any individual. The needs of an olympic athlete and their grandparents vary by degree not by kind.

CrossFit Teens – age 13 to 16
The CrossFit Teen class focuses on developing the teenagers’ athletic ability and building the skills, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility and confidence needed to excel in any sport…..and in life.
The Teen class is also great for those kids who many not think of themselves as athletic, but who still want to participate in activities that allow them to be active, physical and part of a welcoming group of peers. Many of our “non-athletic” teens have actually discovered their own athletic abilities through CrossFit.
Teen CrossFit class concentrates on honing skill-based movements as well as proper technique in the weight room. We also focus on building life skills including showing respect for self as well as others and making healthy choices. Research shows that kids are able to focus better on their studies directly after exercise.

Tuesday and Thursday – Womens only Kickboxing with thai pads and heavy bags – We incorporate cardio intervals between heavy bag exercises and thai pads to help you build lean muscle. MomFit and Childminding
MomFit: Our MomFit class runs every Monday from 10:30am-12pm. Its a segmented class where the first 40 minutes half the parents are supervising the little ones while half workout, and then we switch. Childcare is included in the cost and all ages are welcome. As demand increases we hope to expand this program to more times per week.
Childminding: We offer supervised childminding at our 6pm class mondays, wednesdays and fridays. If your child is 3 or older and is reasonably independent, you can fill out our child waiver to have your child use our dedicated play area during any class unsupervised, free of charge. Our revamped kids area is completely matted and boasts a train table, books, toys, drawing space, chalkboard, movies and a large gross motor area complete with cones, mini tires and hula hoops for your kids to do their own exercise.MomFit Price
