Summer Schedule in effect starting July!

We are excited to announce our summer schedule at the gym!
There are some changes for regular classes, teen classes and MomFit classes.
CrossFit classes will now be replacing the 12:00pm class with a 4:00pm class every weekday.
Teen CrossFit classes will now be 3:00pm-3:45pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.
MomFit is moving to Wednesdays, same time 10:30am-12:00pm
